Prices and VAT
All product prices shown and entered on the website are VAT-inclusive. No additional VAT is added on top of the displayed product price at Checkout.
Payments
Online payment options being prepared are Stripe as the primary gateway, PayPal and Tabby. Available payment methods will be shown at Checkout after provider activation. Tamara is not a currently available payment method.
Discount Codes
Customers may enter a valid Discount or Coupon Code in the Cart or Checkout flow. A discount applies only when a valid code is accepted.
Exchanges
- Exchange requests are accepted within 15 days from the date the customer receives the item, except for bespoke, customised, special-order or made-to-order items.
- One exchange is permitted per purchase.
- The customer covers the exchange shipping costs.
- A higher-value item may be selected by paying the price difference.
Returns and Refunds
- Returns or refunds are accepted within 7 days from the date the customer receives the item, and only where there is a manufacturing defect.
- Returns for change of mind or personal preference are not accepted.
- Bespoke, customised, special-order and made-to-order items are not eligible for normal exchange or return.
